Seasonal Labor Employment
The City of Newcastle is seeking laborers for summer help. Tasks may include but not limited to litter and garbage pickup, asphalt repair, pothole patching, sweeping, graveling, mowing, weed-eating, trimming trees, raking, painting and cleaning.
Applicants must meet the following citeria:
Be 18 years of age
Have a current valid driver’s license
Wages are DOE with a minimum starting pay of $11.00 per hour.

City Engineer
The City of Newcastle is looking for a self-motivated individual to work as City Engineer.
The City of Newcastle is located near the Black Hills, which provides an excellent playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Some of the outdoor activities include fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling and ATV trails.
Experience: 6+ years as a professional engineer. Must have extensive knowledge of designing and planning projects including roads, water and sewer systems, storm sewers, and public buildings; good writing and communication skills; and proficiency in commonly used computer software, including AutoCAD and MS Word.
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a valid Wyoming PE license.
Compensation: Competitive salary with compensation dependent upon relevant education, registration, certifications, training and experience.
Benefits: Excellent benefit package including vacation, holiday, sick leave, health and dental insurance, and participation in the Wyoming Retirement System.
